The sublimation protective paper  is attached to the back of the printing fabric during the printing production, and isolates the calendar belt and the fabric during the hot pressing process to prevent the calendar belt and the fabric from contacting directly. The main purpose of sublimation protection paper is to prevent excess dye gas from penetrating through the fabric polluting the calendar belt, especially when low-density fabric is selected as the substrate for dye sublimation transfer, more dye gas will penetrate the fabric and heat Sublimation protection paper is very important. Sublimation protection paper can prevent excess dye gas from contaminating the recalculating belt of the rotary calendar press and prolong the service life of the calendar belt. Sublimation protection paper can also prevent the service life of the calendar belt from being reduced due to stains on the back of the fabric.

Sublimation protective paper can also be used for roll textiles. The protective paper can reduce the friction between the printed surface of the fabric and the back of the fabric to avoid color change.

40 gsm sublimation protective paper  can better isolate the calendar belt from the fabric. The 40 gsm protective paper has a higher density and thicker thickness, and can better block the dye gas contaminating the recalculating belt. It is very suitable for sublimation transfer production of low-density fabrics. The protective paper adheres well to the fabric and is not easy to slip off. Since the protective paper will not volatilize harmful gases such as formaldehyde under the heat of 220 degrees, it will not cause the fabric to turn yellow after high temperature.

40 gsm protection paper has good flatness, the paper surface is clean and tidy, and there is no impurity spots. Sublimation protection paper has high tensile strength, and it is not easy to break after being subjected to a high temperature of 220 degrees Celsius, which can avoid the production suspension due to the break of the protection paper .
